Phil Dunshee, MPA -
President
As
president and founder of the firm, Mr. Dunshee directs all client service and
strategy development for the firm's customers and oversees business development,
staffing and the firm's administration.
His
current work at Enterprise MidAmerica focuses extensively on key client
strategy formation needs and project execution including large-scale
technology infrastructure planning and process design, long-range planning and
management team facilitation within the financial services sector, workforce
and economic development initiatives, e-government services policy and
planning, and energy management issues.
Beginning in 1994, prior to the formation of Enterprise MidAmerica Mr. Dunshee served as the Deputy Director for the Iowa Department of Economic Development. Mr. Dunshee was the chief administrative officer for the department, and acted as the primary leader for the development and implementation of policy and budget initiatives for the department.
Mr. Dunshee's career in public administration, government relations and policy development began in 1980 with the Iowa Association of School Boards where he served as Government Relations Director beginning in 1984. He was appointed to the staff of Governor Terry E. Branstad in 1989, and served as a senior policy advisor on education, workforce, and economic development issues.
Mr. Dunshee is a native of Burlington, Iowa, and a graduate of Southeastern Community College. He earned a B.S. in economics at the University of Iowa and holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from Drake University.
Heather Wilcox
Heather serves as a program manager and administrator for business and economic
development
projects. She currently serves as the primary Administrator for the
Johnston Chamber of Commerce, and also provides administrative support for the
Johnston Economic Development Corporation.
Terri Selberg
Terri serves as a program manager and administrator for information technology
projects. She currently serves as the Account and Customer Service
administrator for the Iowa Land Records system - a project sponsored by the Iowa
County Recorders Association.
Lisa Sinclair
Lisa serves as an administrative assistant for Enterprise MidAmerica, and she
also provides administrative support for various activities including Iowa Land
Records, Johnston, and other projects.
