Direct Program and Service Delivery Return to top of page

Enterprise MidAmerica provides program administration and support services for government organizations including state agencies, and intergovernmental organizations that are established through Chapter 28E, other enabling legislation, or through other forms of binding interagency agreements.

Through Enterprise MidAmerica's affiliate Public Resource Services Corporation we come through with specialized knowledge and experience in government program administration. Because officials in government agencies are constantly challenged with the administration of program applications and the direct delivery of services to the citizens they serve, less time is available for them to deal with detailed administrative issues such as performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and oversight of external services providers.

  • Managing events including conferences, seminars, briefings, and training.

Operational Planning

Identify common operational challenges facing consortium and association members, explore potential solutions for those challenges, and develop a joint strategy for implementing preferred solutions among member organizations. A wide variety of issues may be addressed through operational planning processes, including but not limited to compliance with industry certification standards, deployment of emerging manufacturing or service delivery technologies, accessing knowledge and intellectual property through research institutions, and human resource management issues.
